    Jody Tipton and John Wood

Hey all. I just want everyone to know, like you don't already, that Jody Tipton and John Wood are the absolute best, and go way above and beyond to take care of people, even if they are not customers. I have not been fortunate to have a John Wood trans but have a great one just the same so am not a current John Wood customer. That did not make any difference to him the other day when I needed a tune from DP Tuner in SC. Jody Tipton of DP Tuner was able to get the files I needed to John, where John burned them on a chip and sent them with a local rep to San Diego where I could pick them up later the same day. Neither one of them would take any money from me. Thank you is not enough for this type of kindness. I think you will all agree this is really cool. Two guys helping a fellow PSD.
You know these guys are the best in their profession. I just wanted to take an opportunity to thank them publically and let everyone know these they will take care of you, even if you are not a customer and they have never made a dime off of you. That is rare these days.

Great luck to DP Tuner and John Wood Transmissions they are the best in my book.

In case we find ourselves starting to believe all the anti-American sentiment and negativity, we should remember England 's Prime Minister Tony Blair's words during a recent interview. When asked by one of his Parliament members why he believes so much in America , he said:
"A simple way to take measure of a country is to look at how many want in... And how many want out." Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you:
    1. Jesus Christ
    2. The American G. I.
One died for your soul, the other for your freedom.

Yes neither of them would take any money for helping me switch out my chip so wanted to tell the world how they helped me. Not to send everyone to them for courier service... lol as you know that is not what they do. John and Jody are tops on my list and the first I will always go to for trans work and tunes.

I have to agree about John Wood, he is a very cool human, and I feel fortunate to have done my homework before I kicked down the coin on a trans. from someone else. Due to a jwtt transmission and tuning from the maestro, my truck runs hard and the trans. works perfect. John regularly kicks me some new files and he is never without information when I request it. As far as Jody Tipton goes, I don't personally know him, but have never heard anything but positive comments.

I've been trying to get in touch with John Wood since before christmas. Anyone know if he is in the country? He doesnt answer email or phone messages which leads me to believe he's in Baja or something. Wish I was - but I need a clutch before I can go anywhere...

On edit - got a call last night. Problem solved.
