    One more option, would have been perfect

    It's just great that the 2011 Super Duty will offer a gooseneck & fiver hitch as options. Also an in bed trailer plug is cool. These added to Fords already existing built in trailer control towing package, Ford has made the 2011 Super Duty a great towing ready road machine. That's smart.----- But, why the heck didn't they go one more step to make it just perfect in my view. A cut down 5th wheel tailgate to match the whole truck color & style scheme. ---- Now all of us 5th wheel geeks are still going to need to crawl under the 5ver and between the trucks rear and trailer to lower and raise the heavy tailgate. Also making it more dangerous to hook up from an angle.

    Why dont you go work for Ford and help them desing a better truck. You have way too much time on your hands.... Just order one from Bobby and be done with it. Your dually will sell in no time.

    I have a sawzall and can modify your tailgate for ya. I thought Ford started putting that tailgate torsion bar in the hinge mechinism to help shut and open the tail gate easier. But yes a built in goose and/or 5th wheel, bed plug, air ride, and a cruise control that it will drive itself would be nice.
