Hello Jim,
I drove to Sunrise this afternoon to pick up the hub and was to told by the the parts clerk that the price Iwas quoted was wrong, the young lady asked me several times about the price in a very condescending tone and manner almost insinuating that I was not telling her the truth. She called someone to confirm the price and said that her cost was more then I was quoted, she quoted me cost plus 10% $159.25 which she said was employee pricing. I did not have any problem with the cost or being quoted incorrectly but I definitely had a problem with the clerk in the way she spoke to me and her very unprofessional attitude. As a member of SOCAPS since 2005 I have spent over $100.000.00 on two Super Duties plus parts and services, I appreciate and support Sunrise in all they do for the members of SOCAPS but feel the clerks actions were unwarranted and served no purpose in promoting the good customer service that Sunrise provides to its customers.

sorry for the confusion ken, the price quoted was for the wrong part my fault. my counterman that supplied original part # looked it up for a 2000 not a 2004. this happens when they hear 2000 ford explorer instead of 2004 explorer i did'nt make it clear. as for the attitude from my young lady at the counter, we will have a sit down talk about her customer handling skills or lack of. please except our apoligy and thanks for the input and feedback, that is the only way i am made aware of any problem.

Jim - Can you guys get Spicer u-joints or just motorcraft? I need (2) SPL55-4X joints. I also need (2) axle shaft seals for a '99 F-250 4wd 7.3. The seals that are on the ends of the actual axle, not the knuckles. I will pickup on Friday if you have the seals.

Jim - I called back and Brittian was gone....Talked to one of the other guys(forgot his name) and he had one of the seals, was going to get the other one and check on the Spicer u-joints. Any idea if the other seal made it in or if he found any info on the joints?
