Best option for a TB Exhaust on my '96 Centurion?

Is it best to just go to a muffler shop & have them do it?
Or buy a pre fabbed set up?

I'm driving a F350 Centurion...... so the length wont match any pre fabbed kit?
& if I do my own or buy a pre-fab whats the best size tubing?

I'm gonna do Intake & then exhaust & then finally a chip, & I'll be running at least a 35" tire.

    I've heard everything from 3 & 1/2 to 5" exhaust?

I used the AFE kit on mine. They upgraded their kit and it fit like a glove and is very affordable. Just get a kit for a crew cab. You will have to just cut one of the pipes down. On my 460 gasser centurion I ordered a flowmaster kit for a crew cab, cut it down and it worked out great. I was looking at your centurion a few months back but couldn't swing it at the time. Come by my shop when your out towards thousand oaks. I would love to check it out sometime. You can look at the exhaust and other possible mods you might be interested in doing.
Here is a pic of mine that I just sold.

Well, mines diesel & I plan to run the open exhaust without the cat & a straight pipe.
If its too loud then I'll throw on a muffler.

& Thats a great looking Centurion!
What size tire are those & did you lift it at all?

That's a nice looking centurion. Isn't your shop next to Richards line-x shop? The name seems familiar.

Lift? what lift? Actually, I had a broken leaf on on of the front springs so I made a 3 leaf pack instead of 2. It lifted the front about 1" to 1.5". My front end sat nose low and I like a level look .Tires are 315's(35") on modified excursion wheels. 315's will fit if you shim your front bumper out , but not sure with the lower valance on yours. Sometimes a slight trimming of your bumper will work also. The earlier body style(87-91) does not require any bumper shimming. They will fit on your wheels also but you will get a slight tire rub on the leafs w/35s. If you ever get rid of your wheels let me know as I am building a PSD van for the wife and would like a set.

Actually I already took of the fiberglass & wanna run that size tire. :)

I plan to move the bumper forward some & maybe if I have to cut it.
I'm actually thinking of getting tires mounted with the bumper of & then fit the bumper back on adjusting it as need be.
& want to level mine out as well I dont like the way mine is not level.

How much did it effect the ride?

    &
What did your exhaust kit cost?

I personally would not add a leaf as It did affect the ride. You could do a shackle reversal , but you will have to lift the back an 1" or so to level it out again. OFU makes the shackle reversal with the lowest amount of lift (2.5") if I remember right. It will ride better than your current setup with the shackle reversal too. Give me a call as far as the exhaust.
