well this guy bought a CCV kit from me and i didnt know it was him.. has been nothing but a complete ass and when he got his kit today it didnt have any instructions in it.. not my fault since i dont make them but instead of emailing me about it he starts some threads on powerstroke.org about it... enjoy :)

I'm not sure how your business runs Raul, but usually when a recording says "Our hours are from 9 to 5, if we can't get to the phone it's because we are on the phone or with a customer" it usually means eventually someone will answer or return a call. Obviously not the case with your business. You know there is a service that "forwards" your voice mail to your cellphone...you might want to look into it. Most people that call your business repeatedly probably want to talk to a live person and not wait for an email response.

To say the least I am very disappointed with the product I received. For 100.00 + I received a section of 3" PVC painted black (certainly not filled with some unique filtering substance) with two caps (5.00) a brass petcock (5.00) two 3/4" NPT to 1/2" barbed fittings (5.00) two 1" to 1/2" reducers (5.00 tops) and a section of 1" hose and a 1/4" steel bracket bent with two holes drilled w/ u-bolt (10.00 tops).

$30.00 in material MAX.

Honestly, I expected a piece of equipment that I could not replicate in my garage in 30 minutes.

I will never do business with you again.

Your customer service is ridiculously below standard and the product although you don't make it, you stand behind it, is a joke. I insalled it for the simple fact that returning it would probably become a nightmare for me and I don't want to deal with you again.

I had several friends with PSD's that were wanting to check out this new CCV mod, I thought was the way to go. I am pretty certain after they see it, they will make their own for 1/3 the price.

People buy it because they are to lazy to make their own, it's not dificult to see how people were doing the ccv mod and a few ways to make it better. There are a few nice details to the one you sell that some may not figure out how to duplicate. To each his own, I'd like to make my own when I get a chance.

Oh yeah thats what i was talking about i know that Bobby and Raul both know who he is, it would just be nice if they accidently slipped his name in a post so that we know who not to deal with if he ever pops up around someone else in this comunity.
