Well its been like 4 months since we moved to the new place and im still working on it lol... seems like the list only gets bigger.... i thought i would share some before and after pics of how this house is coming a long so far....... were about 50% done with it.. i would say the inside is 90% done but the outside still needs a lot of work and some rooms added....
anyways here are some before and after pics....
Remember i have done most of the work myself except for the electrical (because i hate doing that)

after: we changed windoes to doors and poured a larger slab for a deck
this week we have been adding broken concrete to make a path to get to the rest of the back yard... we got the broken concrete from one of our job sites when we demo... were recycling :) well be done with this this week...

i promised some front yard pics so here are some...
i dont have a complete before pic(cant find it) but here is the closest i have
took off wood paneling to put stucco instead:

previous owner was a old lady and said she hadnt cleaned up any leaves for over 20 years.. so their is around 2-3 feet of dead leaves that need to be hauled away back their... its the future spot for my 60x30x18tall workshop and a spot for a TH
