Hard morning starts, runs funny until "warmed up" and white smoke?

I have a 2006 6.0 and I have had the tuner on CONSTANTLY. I don't always gun it and it's safe to say that I am somewhat mild with my truck. No serious racing, no heavy hauling (over a ton) no towing (for the past 6 months).

Morning ritual: Start truck, pray for my day, put her in drive and go. 30 seconds max.

Now, when I start the truck it's kind of hard to start. Puffs out white smoke. And when I drive it (cold) it runs funny like something is off balance. Once she warms up, it's a totaly different story. NO white smoke. NO running funny, in fact it runs better then it ever did (just turned 50K miles).

    Please advise.

OH, I did take off the tuner for a month (BORING!) and it was the same.

I constantly check my oil, never low, never any leak.

    Temps are fine. Never high.

    Coolant is fine.

Power? The dayum thing got FASTER. So that eliminates a bad injector. Right?

Once it warms up, it's SUPER TRUCK TUN TUN TUUUUN!

I am praying it's a bad EGR. How to I unplug it (just for a test). And once I turn it into a 100% off road truck, how do I block it or remove it.

Also, there is NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT

Yesterday, it started REAL HARD and blew out white smoke where we couldn't see each other. We had to run in the house from the smoke. The past two days, it's been a lot better. Still feels like it's missing or has a problem, just weird.

Checked the oil. Absolutely no sign of water, coolant, etc. Nice blondish color oil. Did a oil change ahead of scheduele, checked the oil not a drop of water/coolant anywhere.

Checked the coolant level. Slightly low, nothing serious.

I do enjoy blowing smoke when somebody cuts me off or when a biker gets too close. Could it be carbon buildup on the EGR? If so, what is the fix? Please explain the fix to me like I am 'tarded (because I am).
