I saw this fan company on a truck website. What type of air flow does a 6.0 need for everyday and towing?

There is no better option than the stock fan. Especially on a 6.0, which tend to run hot, I would never ever run electric fans if I planned on towing anything.
My experience with electric fans is with the 7.3L - which has an outstanding cooling system. The 7.3L is just about impossible to overheat. But, if you tow with electric fans you will cause things to cook.
I have four flexalite fans on my race truck (two 16" and two 10") and they can barely keep up. They also pull 50 amps at full power which necessitated a larger alternator. The only reason I'm running them is that I don't have room for the stock fan.

Electric fans and towing doesn't work , I made it to Tucson and had to put the stock fan back in.
