HELP me please

i am new to the deisel world i bought a 88 non turbo 7.3 f-350 and i need your help i was wondering if that year came with the block warmer if not where can i get one or how could i make it crank in the mornings and also what could i get as far as more power for less bucks oh yea what does the water in fuel light mean and how do i fix it

Yes it does have a block heater. The cable and plug should be next to the radiator and the battery on the passenger side

i still cant find it where does it come from on the block

It is connected to the block by the starter
