Help the IDIOT with his headlights...

DO you have to remove the washer tank to get the bulb out? Is there a trick to getting the bulb out? I push the clip button, but it won't budge and I DON'T want to break it....
HELP, I can't stand these yellow stock bulbs in the deep dark desert here....new SIlverStars need to go in!

There are 4 screws(2 top and 2 bottom) that hold in the whole assembly. Take out all 4 and your good to go.

Yeah, I just replaced the lamps on my 05. Pop the hood and there are two screws on the top of the assembly and two screws on the bottom/front. Easy, and beats taking the batteries out.

    Who said they were thinking???

    Cool new mod DONE!!!

Swapped in the new SilverStars and got LED dual color turnsignals. BRIGHT white as a parking lamp (bright enough to use as running lights) but hit the turn signal and they switch to yellow! VERY cool!
By the way, the easiest way is to take out the top two scres on each side AND the four upper grille screws. All the xame size and shape (5.5mm). Use a 6" extension on the bottom two screws.... too easy, now that I know how!!!
    Thanks guys!!!
BTW, got 57 LED 3156 replacement backup lights....3x the brightness and easy on the battery...8mm in the bed and a LOT of gentle persuassion to get the tailghts out...

    Flashers

They blink faster, but it's more CUSTOM that way. I am replacing my factory flashers with a non reporting relay, so I can run 100% LEDS.... two LED sets and they don't flash at all....
http://superlumination.com/3157_3156.htm for the dual color bulbs......
