Is it me??

The forum seems to stall whenever opening new page or scrolling up to top of page. It appears that the yellow banner wants to "rebuild". This even happens when window becomes active when switching browser views or restored from being minimized.

I tried other ubb forums I visit, no problems. Even opened from another computer, this site is having the "stall".

Using win98 IE6 sp1, also winXP IE6

I know exactly what you mean, it does it on mine also. My next task it to convert the "Word Art" into an image so it doesn't do that.

Guess your going to have implement time stamps in tenths of seconds to see how far apart those replies were.
