I just had a great experience with Sunrise Ford. But it was the one in North Hollywood. My Focus would not turn over, but everything else worked. I guessed it might be the clutch safety switch, but it was not. So I ended up bump starting it so the wifey and I could take it to the dealer as we also had a recall on it to deal with. We took it in and they found out the problem was the alarm. They took care of that and the recall by the end of the day..... FOR FREE!!!!!!!
I knew the recall was free, but I guessed on at least $50 to fix it. The service guy was Herman and he treated my wife and I like valuable paying customers. That just made our day, as everything around us has been getting distroyed. Fridge, dishwasher, garage door, heater for the house has all crapped out in the last month (and all are under 3 years old), so this was a very welcomed freebee. So if you read this Bobby, let them know that I am very thankful.
