    Hard starting E350

Need some help. I'm a mechanic for FedEx and I have a 95' E 350 van with a PSD in it. I brought it in for a fuel leak. Found out it was the large banjo nut off the back of the pressure pump. Tightened that up. No more fuel leaks. Noticed as I was test driving it (with the engine hatch removed) there was a oil leak coming from the plug in the upper part of the cyclinder head (on the right bank). Not having played with these motors a whole lot, I pulled the plug. After all the oil pored out I noticed that it was just a big oil passage. I put a new o-ring on the plug and re-installed it. It took forever to re-start the motor. Here's the problem- Still cranks and cranks before it fires.:banghead: Never used to do that. Any guesses as to what it might be? thanks

That is the high pressure oil passage. There are kits that connect that port to the one on the other head. You more than likely have air in the HPO system that will cause your situation. Give it about 50 miles to get all the air out.

In case we find ourselves starting to believe all the anti-American sentiment and negativity, we should remember England 's Prime Minister Tony Blair's words during a recent interview. When asked by one of his Parliament members why he believes so much in America , he said:
"A simple way to take measure of a country is to look at how many want in... And how many want out." Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you:
    1. Jesus Christ
    2. The American G. I.
One died for your soul, the other for your freedom.
