    Smile More 6.4 Info

Here's a file from Ford Fleet that has some good pictures and more detailed info on some options.

Surprised me that the radiator hoses are held on with clips in the hose instead of clamps. (See page 11 of 29 in PDF file) Also has some good pictures of the exhaust system.

I like page 11. It shows what you can and cant take off in the exhaust system. I wonder why the tip is required to stay on??

In case we find ourselves starting to believe all the anti-American sentiment and negativity, we should remember England 's Prime Minister Tony Blair's words during a recent interview. When asked by one of his Parliament members why he believes so much in America , he said:
"A simple way to take measure of a country is to look at how many want in... And how many want out." Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you:
    1. Jesus Christ
    2. The American G. I.
One died for your soul, the other for your freedom.

The tip is functional, not decorative.

When the particle filter burns off the soot it has collected, the exhaust gets extremely hot. The tip has side vents which mix ambient air with the exhaust to cool it down.

If this mixing didn't occur, someone nearby could be seriously burned by the exhaust or the a fire could be started. The tip is a safety feature!!
