What is the best way to get to that thing? I know it is on the drivers side between the inner and outer fenders, but what is the easiest way to get to it... I want to do the IDM mod on my EX since it worked so well on my OBS. I am pretty sure it has a 120 so gains will not be a huge as they were with the 100 in my other truck.

You don't have to fully remove the inner fender just get it lose and pull the back out so you can get to it.
