    Cool 2008 spy photo's

Here is a link to some more 2008 Superduty pic's. I wish it was not so, cause the new headlights look like crap!!!! What was Ford thinking????

I kept thinking I'd seen something from Ford that was the inspiration for the stacked headlight look. I think this is it.

My understanding is that Ford would have used this Superchief to test peoples reaction to different styling aspects. The ones that were received as positive could/would be used in upcoming models. Chances are good that the stacked headlight look must have received a positive review, otherwise Ford would not have used it on the 2008 model.

    Brian,
I agree with what you are saying, but it wasn't made the way they same way as the Super Chief. The stacked headlights on the Super Chief line up and flow with the grill. They don't line up or flow with anything in the spy photos on the 08. Here are some more photos of the front.
