    Brake pads and shoes

    just wondering what you guys are using for front brake pads and rear shoes about time for some new ones on my 97.. yep the org are still on there :) guess i got my moneys worth.lol

    My mechanic uses Ford / Motorcraft componants. He says they are better then the aftermarket pads and rotors. Althought I have read about larger rotors you can get aftermarket that are supposed to be really good.

    hawk pads and powerslots. i love the hawk pads if i didnt get powerslots i would get the factory brembo's
    97 F250HD SUPERCAB 4X4 5speed FLATBED, 200k a little of this and alot of that.

    I also have the Powerslots and Hawk pads on my 96. I've only had them for a month or 2 but they seem to stop great.
