Gene has cooked at every SoCAPS event I have gone to except for the pizza at the Sound Advise meet. And every time it has been better than most 5 star restaurants. I don't know anyone that knows their way around a BBQ better than he does. So on these points, I nominate Gene as SoCAPS BBQ Chef Extraordinaire.
