I've heard good things about the Garrett Ball Bearing Turbo. It bolts right on. As far as largest , I don't know.
well i was thinking about running from 40-50 lbs..would the garret cut that..

You would have to call Garrett for the specs.
You would also need head studs and trich head gaskets. Stock HG's puke at around 40PSI. You wont see 40+PSI until you get some hotter injectors with the correct chip programming. That is without juice I might add.

haha..serious my friend she has a 6.0 wiht the same lift and same size tires all she has is a intake and exhaust and she still beats me..i dont frekin get it.i kill her off the line and about 1/8 mile she passes me.

I'm gonna give you advice ala Kenny Rodgers... "you gotta know when to hold and know when..." well, you know. The 7.3l is a fantastic 350 hp engine and that's it. (for cheap). you can get a buttload of power by changing EVERYTHING on top, but you could also spend money to get a new truck. 6 liters make 400hp with a pipe and a tune.
I'm putting my 97 back to stockish just because it runs pretty good, but not in a racing kind of way. It is really boosted enough to run like a stock 6 liter. but louder and older and all of that. the 7.3's oil system isn't good enough for 400 hp without putting bag azz holes in your injector tips. the rotating mass is heavy, and the turbo and heads are not as slick as the newest motors out there.
you can pump up a 6 liter easy, but the heads come off of it right away. maybe this will be solved in the coming months, but then there is the new 6.4 l common rail for '07. you might be money ahead to do a cummins transplant even.
did i mention your rods suck? of course the trans needs to be done ahead of time- I gaurantee you that.

You really need to visit ATSdiesel.com. I upgraded to their full turbo and have been very happy with the turbo response. Their is virtually no turbo lag and spool up time has all but been eliminated. I have all of the other upgrades that go along with that, intake, exhaust, chip, fass system, guage pod, and others. They are not to terrible to install, bu they are kind of on the expensive side. have you ran on a track?. how many tenths do you think it dropped. was it worth it.? how much boost are you running.
