Ford dealers should know the part# on the trans fluid, and I think they are the only outlet for it still. I don't have a 6.0 but I assume the vehicle guide had it in it, I took a couple of minutes with my friend 'google'.
If you find a good source for the oil, please share. I think it is around 3.88/qt

I just had the 30000 mile service done and wanted to make sure they used the right stuff.
Went into the parts dept and asked what's this number and the guy acted like I was bothering him and didn't even look it up.
Got oil all over too, but that's OK, they detailed it for free this morning!

Just use Zerex G-05 for the coolant.
It's supposed to be the same as Ford's spec for the current yellow/gold coolant.
Lists ford's spec right on the label, too.
