I have a new F350 that I had the Ford Powercode remote start/alarm installed. It would not start the truck when cold but would work fine once warmed up.
I took it in on Wednesday of this week and talked to Gary Woods (service writer) and the technican Tim and described the problems. They said no problem they would resolve the issues. Well 2 hours later they brought it back to me. They rechecked the wiring and modules (looks like the brain was replaced.). I have started it each morning since and it works great.
Since I live 50 miles from the dealer it was great that they would do this as I waited for me. I know they are very busy and this shows me they truly do care about their customers.
Thanks also to Bobby Williams for putting me in contact with the right people in service to get this cured.
