    Time flies!

I just realized that I've been a member of SoCAPS for 10 years now! It sure has been fun, what's everyone been up to?

This is my 10th year as well. I'm still driving 7.3's. One has 205K miles and the other 379K miles.

Congrats on being a member for 10 years. Time sure has flown by.... Really wish we could get SoCAPS back on the map again, but between work and family there's not enough time in the day for me to do it alone.

15+ for me. Man I really miss the events we had. I've been working out of state a lot these past 5 years so it's hard to make any kind of plans. I still see Bobby at the dealer from time to time when I'm down there.

In case we find ourselves starting to believe all the anti-American sentiment and negativity, we should remember England 's Prime Minister Tony Blair's words during a recent interview. When asked by one of his Parliament members why he believes so much in America , he said:
"A simple way to take measure of a country is to look at how many want in... And how many want out." Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you:
    1. Jesus Christ
    2. The American G. I.
One died for your soul, the other for your freedom.

It's great to read all the responses! I'm just glad that SoCAPS is still here. Maybe we could all look at our August/September calendars and see if we can put something together. It could be as informal as an In-N-Out meet up.

HELLO EVERYBODY !!!!!! Im just checking in with the old SoCaps, my old home since its inception. It doesn't look like there has been much going on by the looks of things. Im actually saddened by it. This site used to be poppin back in the day. With myself getting into a little bit of trouble every so often....right Bobby? LOL ...I hope all my old friends are doing well. My old white truck is still running like a champ after over 16 years yet only 99k miles by some folks standards its barely broken in. Weweld, Gene, cookie, old pal hope you and sticky fingers are doing well and still cooking your butt off!! Since old Bessie kind of just sits around mostly except for the occasional towing of my boat or other trailers, ive taken up a couple automotive interests...Jeeping for one! Boy the Jeepin scene is huge and also expensive!!! Anyhow, if theres anything i can do for Socaps, im here and im all in!!! There should be a few around here that may remember me. To all the newer members a big hello!
