Where would I find a used dually bed or Utility bed?

I might buy my friends truck & its a stakebed & I have no interest in that.
So how much might it cost me & how much effort will it take to find & swap out the stakebed for a regular or utility bed?

Try Royal truck bodies in paramount they have lots of take offs, especially of the truck is newer. You might also try Harbor truck bodies if they are even still around any more, I think they were in Long Beach.

What year is the truck? I can ask my farming friends in the central valley if they know of anyone wanting to trade straight across if your interested in that. They would probably even do the swap for you if the the deal goes through, they like those things.

Seems beds cost way too much, from what I've seen so I'm back to looking for a truck that don't need work & is ready to go for what I need. :)

Thats always easier anyway. My friends 01 dually might be coming up for sale in a couple months. it's a 4x4 6spd. If you're still looking when he's ready I'll shoot you his number.
