    Elite Diesel FICM- Problems

    Hey has anyone ever had a problem ordering from Elite. I ordered a 58v FICM 2 weeks ago. They charged my damn card the next day. They have still yet to send me a tracking number for it. Just curious if this is normal practice for them to take there time after they have your money. I have called a total of 5 times and every time they say they'll call me back with the track number, but don't. Starting to get a little pissed. Any feedback on these guys? Thanks:)

    They have poor customer service. It has happened to me. I had to ask for my money back.

    I think the FICM is bad. Going to have it tested tomorrow. I'm pretty sure it's the culprit though. Everything else has been replaced but that fricken thing. I hear a lot of people on this site are happy with the swamps HD 58v FICM. Maybe i'll cancel my order and get my money back from those j--kas--s at Elite. I mean seriously. How hard is it to call a customer who has paid for services already, to let them know that, "hey, your parts are on the way", or,"i'm sorry this is taking longer than usual but rest assured we'll keep you informed". WTF.

    My post count has been deleted for some reason.. but swamps is the way to go, make sure you call them first to see how busy they are. They usually have less then a week turn around time.

    cant argue with that. hopefully it works out. i do know the most powerful 6.0's on the planet have elite or innovative ficm's. i dont own a 6.0 so i have no experience with either, just what ive seen. i can help you if you still want the elite ficm issue resolved, because sometimes getting your money back isnt that easy when the customer is the one diagnsing the issue. pm me if you want any help. good luck.

    while i agree that swamps is a great company, the owner is a personal friend, i have heard VERY little of their ficm, i just know whose are out their making big power.

    as for your post count.. it didnt disappear, you just dont have any before the 15th.
