Needing Service help at Sunrise Ford.

I just dropped my truck off saturday for what I thought was going to be a $100 deductible and a couple days of my time, turns out i was wrong. Does anyone know what the best route is to take when warranty doesn't cover something that they feel should be covered? I've already emailed the service manager and called ford, Just keep getting told part not covered. Anyone have the local reps name and number? I promise to be nice!
Anyway, the part is fuel pressure regulator. Its leaking fuel and they say it needs new seals. Truck has only 60k on it and still have 15 months left on premiumcare but still they won't cover.

Unfortunetly, the dealership does not have any authority to override what the ESP Headquarters has mandated what is and what is not covered. The local Ford rep would not have any say so either. The only thing I can offer is to try to talk to service for you and get you special pricing. Let me know.

Bobby thanks, but after about 10 phone calls back and forth to Ford ESP and Sunrise service, Everyone finally got on the same page and Ford Payed for the repair. So Everything worked out. So I thought anyway, Got home and inspected the truck. Oil dip stick is broken, plastic shield above turbo is loose and front left wheel has knicks in metal from whatever tech took my factory caps off. I just left Lloyd a V.M. Hopefully he calls me back. I'm not quite sure what I did to get poor service this time. I have always been treated excellent at sunrise before.

Too bad you got your truck back in that condition, it seems quality control is not what it used to be anywhere. I had to have my 2011 acid washed due to "rail dust" spots and got it back with a big dent in the hood that Ray Charles could have seen. Good luck with your truck.
