yes it does
It could be an intermittent short to ground from a chafed wire. If it were me I'd clear the code and see if it comes back.

cleared the code and without moving started it back up code came on
Apparently Ford issued a TSB on this some time ago: 06-5-10***MIL ON WITH DTC P0460 - 6.0L

I have never had it be anything but a sending unit. I recommend to run tank til almost empty then drop tank and replace sending unit.
