Pyro (EGT): just running around unloaded 600*-900*, pulling a trailer up the grade or playing "hot rod" back out of it at 1250*. Before you shut off the truck let it idle with AC off until your temp gets down to 350*-375*. You don't want to shut down the truck with a hot turbo.

Trans: 90*-140* running around unloaded, pulling a trailer up the grade you want to keep it under 200*, if you can't keep it under 200* you need to add more cooling like a deep pan and or another/bigger cooler.

Boost: you will see up to 30-35psi just depends on how hard you are pulling or how much throttle you use. Just running down the freeway unloaded you will see around 10psi until you get on it. I would not want to see more than 35psi with the stock intercooler and boots.
'97 Dodge 3500, Club Cab, 4x4, Dually, 5.9 Cummins 12V, SMOG EXEMPT, 4" turbo back, gauges, EGR Delete. Built Auto with billet twin disk converter, TransGo shift kit, HF clutches, HD Sprag, PML Pan, AFE stage 1, 100 fuel plate, AFC full forward. 3000 GSK.

Yes, my last truck was an '06 Superduty, liked it, just too much money to own, SMOG, register, build, and maintain.

Towing Queen for: '09 Attitude 33AKSG Fithwheel Toyhauler, FX package, all options and then some, axle oversprung conversion for 5" lift, 15K GVWR

FYI, that is way too high for a stock 6.0. Should never be over 30, and most will not go above 28-29#. Some max out around 25-26#.

My 6.0 is in the 25# range for max boost, for what it's worth. :cheers444:

30 psi maybe a little more with the right tune, If you get to 35 it will set overboost code.
