    Smile Its been a pleasure

    Well this past Sunday at the meet I found out that one of our members will be leaving soon I just wanted to take the time to personally thank him for some of the knowledge he's provided. I've only been with SoCaps 3 years going on a 4th and I've had nothing but great times with anything associated with this club, that being said Gene (weweld) was one of the first members I met upon joining this great club...my first impression was a man that shot straight from the hip that doesn't sugar coat nothing. I've enjoyed participating in several events with him...Toys for Tots drive and the Supper our Troops drive among several other events and Sheryl(stickyfingers) was always a pleasure to talk wit as well. I just wanted to say that you guys will be sorely missed and you were a big part of what makes this club truely family oriented! I wish you all the best guys!:angelwings:

    Couldn't have said it any better. Gene is definitely one of a kind and a great guy! He will be missed out here, but now I'll have an excuse to travel east!

    yeah they really broke the mold when they made that guy hahaha.yeah gene has helped me out more then a couple times and has allways been way fun to talk to.a true powerstroke god.

    Gene will definitely be missed. I wish I lived closer to him so I could absorb first hand, all of his diesel knowledge.
