rough idle when driving at idle speed

Hello to all.

Need a little help with my 6.0. My truck has a rough idle when i let the brakes off and let the truck run on idle power, when i give it gas no issues that I notice. any help would be greatly appreciated.

the truck just came out of the shop 2 weeks ago for a HPOP and FICM.

no rough idle in park. the only time i notice the rough idle is when driving at idle speed, like in a parking lot looking for a parking spot at Walmart..lol

My truck does the same thing for me. It only happens at idle when it is warm and moves about +/- 100 rpm's only at idle and has given me no codes. I have tried to change the fuel filter, fuel system cleaner and change the air filter. Before I start working on the truck other than the simple stuff I just want to know if anybody has a clue of what to do for a fix.

6X6, i discovered that my problem was caused by my tires. The BFG's started to wear funny to include cupping, so i rotated them and the problems seem to have gone away. by the way I took my truck to Lorens Shop and they gave my truck a complete check over for free........
