Ok got all my auto to manual swap parts, now what?

Ok fellas... my truck is a reg cab long bed and the donor was a extra cab long bed. I took everything i think i need to do the swap and want to know if im missing anything. Also if anyone in the area that has done this before want to make some money and help me out would be great. The drive shaft is obviously bigger, but it has several pieces. Will i need to buy a new drive shaft? Im on a budget, but any thing i need to do to any of these parts b4 i throw them in ?

Zf5
clutch pedals assembly
crossmembers
drive shaft
slave cylinder
trans hump
control module\

Do you have a clutch, flywheel, throwout bearing, pilot bushing (or pilot bearing depending on clutch type) master cylinder assembly? Is it 2 or 4 wheel drive
Where did you find the tranny if you don't mind the question.

Yeah i have the clutch (stock dual mas) flywheel and master cylinder.. Clutch needs rebuilt. Not sure where to get the rebuilt parts tho, like the flywheel, throwout bearing and pilot bushing. I dont think i need a high performance, but a good reliable heavy duty clutch should do. Truck is a 2wd. I got the whole conversion from a member in imperial county. He gave me a good deal on the whole conversion of a running wrecked truck he was parting out. Thnx for the reply

Hmmmmmmm. Is that a used Dual mass flywheel? I do not think I would put a dual mass flywheel In my truck. Your call but There's lots of folks out there that complain about the DMF. I put a SOUTHBEND SMF clutch in mine when it tried to rattle the doors off. They use a pilot bushing rather than needle bearings which IMHO is a simple fix to some of the stock vibration problems. VALAIR is another brand. Let us know what you decide.

Yes it is a used dual mass flywheel..... yeah from what i gathered from u guys i definately want to put in a single mass.... but my first price check on a dual came up to like $1000 bucks?? is that right? Im sure i can come up with that cash... but it just makes me wonder that after all said and done i will get close to the price of a well built automatic...

I would look at other clutches besides Southbend. Ive had three Southbends in the last three years. Not to hip on them. Stay away from the Kevler bushings. Kevler is only good for one thing BP jackets. I had a bushing pressed in this time. Clutches unlimited did me pretty well this time. They are in Aniheim.

I called up David at Clutches unlimited and they seem pretty locked on and decent priced. Im going with a single mass conversion and clutch, all together is around 850. Other places wanted well over 1000 for just the conversion. Thnx for the infor there superD.
