Was headed down I-5 today visiting the inlaws in Huntington Beach and seen a truck with a license plate that said "5150 CTD". If I recall correctly, 5150 mean crazy. Is that right Samuel?

"5150" is a section from the California Welfare and Institutions Code that gives the state authority to place specific persons under a 72 hour psychiatric observation. These people are determined to be a danger to themselves or others due to a mental condition.
Police and EMS use "5150" to refer to someone "crazy", deranged or a few cans short of a sixpack. I've seen someone who wrapped his head in aluminum foil so UFO's didn't see him who didn't qualify for the 72-hour hold, you have to be a little more over the edge than that.

When you ride in a truck, the metal roof gives you some protection, but on a motorcycle, your mind is totally exposed to aliens and others who practice mind control or suck information out.
Therefore, metal foil inside the helmet is a must!!
