7.3 Starter problem, New starter and it won't start. what could it be ???

Ok guys I'm having a problem with my 02 7.30 PSD. I bought a Pos starter from Kragan a year ago thinking it would be a decent one since its life time warranty but boy I was wrong. since then I replace it one other time before yesterday and two month's later that one came apart cause the nuts and screws had come lose and the solenoid came completely off and that was yesterday, So I disconnected that battery's and pulled it off. I went to Kragan and got a replacement for it came home and put the new one on and that one didn't work so I took it back and they tested it and it worked fine. I came back home put it back on connected the battery's and it still didn't work. I checked both of the cables to make sure they were making good contacted and they are, I check them with a test light and the wire that connects to the solenoid wasn't getting any power when I turned the key to crank the engine on, so what could it be? Is there a fuse to the starter or something that could be burned out? I checked the fuse's under the dash and all seemed good but I don't know where else to look like what specific fuse or breaker cause my manuel was stolen when I took it in to Ford for service and didn't know till it was to late. They told me that how did I know they took it cause it had been a few weeks, so that was a lost cause. So now my trucks sitting on the driveway with a new starter but it won't start. What else can I check cause like I said the wire to the solenoid isn't getting power when it suppose to and the wire is intact. I appreciate any help you guys have, Thanks. Joe

It sounds like you have many problems, not only a starter but no owners manuel, a dented tailgate, and what else? haha j/k

Thanks PhatstangMatt, you really know how to kick a brother while he's down, Well I followed the yellow wire with the blue line from the starter soleniod to the Junction/fuse box and checked and replaced the relay for the solenoid but it sill doesn't work. I also checked the yellow wire with the blue strip for power while turning the key and no power either. we also checked the yellow wire on my buddy's truck while turning the key and he got power while turning the key. what else could it be cause its not the Starter cause its new and been checked, its not the solenoid relay cause I just switched it and still no power to the solenoid so what else could it be ? Is there some kind of fuse to the starter relay or where does the power source come from to the relay which goes to the Starter solenoid/ starter? I'm going crazy. ] Thanks in advance

Pure speculation but I am pretty sure there is a fuseable link between the batteries and the sloenoid. Just looks like wire but the insulation may look cracked indicating a failure. I think its blue but not sure.
