Thats what I ended up doing. Had a 1/4 tank and unbolted it and supported it with an ATV jack and lowered it about 6". Problem now is the cab sat lower and tilted a lot to the passanger side and after installing the ES bushings the cab is a lot more level side to side but not perfect and the rear of the cab sits higher than the bed (body line wise). I'm hoping there's a settling in period to line it up.

Mine have been on for 5.000 miles and havent settled. I moved the shims around and put new isolators and it seemed to make it better.

They look the same as the shim but are made of plastic. They keep the bed from squeeking, no metal on metal contact.

Probably what I'll end up doin is I'll be cutting down the ES bushings and shimming everything to fit. The bed is fine it's just the drivers side rear part of the cab is too high. If I can bring that down and the bushing under the pedals it should line up. If I raise the bed then it will look like the truck has been rearended.

Did you cut the ones in front by the radiator?

No I didn't. What was wierd is that the passanger side one was complete but the drivers side one was missing the nut and washer that holds the header panel down. After I got them all on the drivers side one had a gap between the bushing and the panel so I stuck some spacers in it. I think it's the middle drivers side one giving me issues and whats holding the cab up to high. The passanger side is close to lining up but the drivers side is way up in the rear and tilts to the passanger side.
