No Tulare Pull This Year. . .

I'm not sure how many of you are familiar with the event in Tulare called The October Showdown. * Regardless, it isn't happening this year - which is a real bummer because I always attend that event and it is a lot of fun. *But what this does mean is that the High Desert Diesel Roundup on Sept. 19th will be southern cals only chance to see or compete in a pull this year unless you plan on driving a long way north. *Tulare should be back next year from what I hear but it is definitely out for 04 -bummer. *So make sure you come out for Southern Californias only pull on Sept. 19th.

I talked to DEPO, the guys who put on Tulare - definitely not happening this year. Its a bummer, the DEPO guys are a nice bunch and that is a fun event. In fact, DEPO is talking about coming out and getting involved with the High Desert Diesel Roundup and Sled Pull on Sept. 19th. So what everyone needs to do is come out and let them know how much we want Tulare back next year. So for all of you looking to fill the void of Tulare, come on out -
