can I find a shop for performance mods for my 1997 F250 7.3L

I already have DP tuner, banks full kit, level 1 injectors, Brian Truck
shop trans,

I've been having a knock that pops up when I let the truck idle for 15
mins or so.. doesn't happen all the time but it happens, the valves
tick some time too ..

so looking for a good diesel shop in San diego ...

any suggestions ??????
