How hard or easy is it to R&R the intercooler on the 04 with the 6.0? How long should this take ? Any tips?
From what I read on this post it should not be very difficult.
I'm doing mine this weekend.

Prob a few hours. I did mine and had a few hiccups, but its not too hard.
