    mud flaps--yay or nay?

I'm trying to decide on whether to re-install the molded Husky mud flaps I removed to get my rockers sprayed last week. While they do a half-azzed job of protecting my rockers (re-directing where the mud sprays, not blocking all of it) I'm also kind of liking the cleaned-up look not having them provides so what are your thoughts--keep 'em or ditch 'em?

    With the flaps:

    W/o the flaps:
    2K2 F350 PSD/ZF6, Fluidampr/Melling, AirDog/ITP RR, DP F5, Tymar/high-flow outlet/non-EBPV ped/MBRP 4", Dynatrac Free-Spin hubs

I wouldn't put them on if I didn't have to. Looks great like it is.

If you see the need use them, I get into a lot of muddy stuff and felt the need. The entire fender past the door was covered in dirt and mud one time. I got a set of stock mud flaps donated to me and I really appreciate it.

With that truck I'd say Nay!

But of course if you lift it & start running bigger tires, The cops might bug you for not running them.

But as stock as it looks, I'd not worry about it.
