    I need more fuel pressure

So I finished my FP gauge to find out that my pressure drops to 20 psi under WOT. I already talked to one member on here about it but I was wondering what is the best route to go. I was planning on drilling the banjo's (or buying bigger ones), getting a FASS or AirDog, and maybe the BB mod. What are your opinions?

Even with a ITP regulated return set to 60 psi on my 04 I was dropping down to 40 psi at WOT.

Drilling the bango bolts won't help with getting higher pressure , if you want to flow more fuel then get a fuel return kit like the one ITP sells , then get a larger fuel pump.

Dennis at ITP sells a hi pressure rail pump. I used an airdog w the hi pressure rail pump (I removed the stock pump) and my pressure won't drop at all.

Thanks guys. I started this same thread on PSN and I ended up buying a FASS all-in-one unit. So stock fuel pump and HFCM will be gone. I figured this route will cover any future mods I will do also. I hope this can solve my issue right now, then I will get a RR in the future...

So what does this do for your power, make it more consistent?? Were you losing power on wide open throttle runs or what?
Big thanks to Bud and Matt for getting me back on the road!

Well it should add some power with the injectors not being starved for fuel, but more importantly it saves injectors from dying! The 6.0 injectors need 45psi as a "cushion" for when the plunger in the injector moves. When you run under 45 you are slowly killing injectors...
