I looked on the Pinks All Out (hint: DO NOT Google "pinks" if you're at work...) site and couldn't find any info on when the gates open/when they start running. 9/11 is far enough in advance that I still have time to put in for that day off work but I need to know what time to leave Vandyland so that I get there in time. If we'd be meeting somewhere to convoy up, that would be cool too.

If I'm going to take the time off work I might as well make it worth my while and just spend all weekend over there to catch test/tune and the racing on Saturday night. Does anyone know if there are campgrounds around to throw up a tent or if someone is dragging a trailer up that way, could you be persuaded to clear out some space on the floor for a weary traveler who comes bearing many cold beverages (adult and otherwise)? Failing either of those options, if there's someone who would want to split a hotel room, let me know--I don't snore (much) and am more-or-less housetrained.
