My bronco solid axle and diesel swap

I bought a bronco for 400$ and sold the tires on it for 400$ lol. That and im using the maf setup for my other bronco.
anyways the truck was falling apart and the frame was cracked so on with the pics!!
    the truck 94 turbo 190k

    remove the engine

while it out im going to add a to4e compressor and intercooler setup.

    The bronco

    sell the tires

I hope to have the 5.8 out this weekend and the axles out too.
its getting the d60 front and 10.25 rear too.. Should be a nice setup.
I will add to this with time

    passenger side bolts in

Drivers side needs 2 bolt holes drilled and a bracket made to catch the 4th one.

    Poor truck.

    Axle out.

I would of got more done but Igot distracted working on my friends cony van.

D60 mocked up in there. I did get some stuff done though.

    what do you think sofar?

Looks good. I've seen your truck out at Ocotillo runnning all over blow sand and since then I've wanted a regular cab longbed with stacks but ended up with an extended cab.

Right where the transmission crossmember connects and upfront at the rivits. I could of fixed it but I was tired of the regular cab. I wanted more room.

Remember it's tacked together. I wanted to see where it was going to sit with the engine in there.

Motor mount plate to catch the 4th bolt.

Modified the intake setup on the engine soni can run a intercooler

    got alittle more done

testing the mounts. I ran out of wood lol. It has more.

Im going to hang onto the cab for spare parts like the doors sinci i know that i will hit mine on the bronco sooner or later. You need something?

    thanks
    Meh not really productive today.

    diesel core support

    big alumn radiator

and it all installed...... Oh yeah. And the small cooler is a Volvo transmission cooler that I'm using for a powersteering cooler

I put the diesel wiring harness in too.

bumper to front spring hanger clearance

just to see what it looks like together before I take it back apart to put the intercooler in.
