    PSD wheeling trip?

Just putting out feelers out there to see how many of you would like to take a day or two of hitting some off road trails in our Big Rigs?

We can all discuss where to go & if we wanna camp or not, etc etc..
Just thought it would be cool.

Heck I dont even know how many 4x4's we have here vs 2WD's?
I've always wanted to run the MOJAVE trail, That might be fun?

    Sounds like fun.
    I'd be up for that.
Being I've never run the trail before I dont know whats best?
But I figure Barstow, being I'm in L.A. & would prefer to spend most of the trip in the dirt.

where does that trail start & end?
& how many miles is it?
I know it can be run in a day.
But I'd be up for camping along the way if others were as well.

I believe the trail starts in Barstow but you can pick it up in baker if you want and goes all the way to Laughlin its 187 miles if you pick it up in Barstow and don’t know how far from baker I want to say its like 120 miles to run the trail in one day in these trucks would be hell we would defiantly have to do it in 2 days i will talk to my friend that is doing all the resurch on it and find out more about all the details and let you know

I was going to head out to the Johnson Valley OHV area and do some wheeling when I get the truck put back together around mid December. If you're planning a Mojave run around that time then count me in!

I don't have a powerstroke though if you only wanted to roll as a diesel crew

Yeah, theres alot of history along that trail & that does add to the experience.
But what month shall we plan this for.

Dec. not good for me how about Jan?

Once we get the trip planned, we should start a new thread I think or get a Admin/Mod to change the title of this thread.
