For those of you wondering what the SoCAPS iTrader is here's some info:

Description:
This is a rating system for when members buy / sell / trade items from each other. It is somewhat based on the honor system since there is no automatic way to truly tell if they did engage in a transaction. iTrader came about because it was a pain to try and maintain a single thread listing good / bad traders and so far has worked out quite well.

Features:

• Rate another member: Positive / Negative / Neutral
• Specify in each transaction: Buyer, Seller, or Trade
• Leave multiple comments about the deal
• Dates & IPs are all recorded to prevent abuse
• Specify a thread URL to the deal
• Advanced URL checking
• Display ratings over time
• Filter based on Buyer/Seller/Trade/or feedback they left for others
• Users can edit/delete ratings left for others (time based limitation)
• iTrader Admins can edit/delete anyone's ratings (just incase)
• PM notification when new rating or comment is left

Future Additions:

• AdminCP & ModCP Menus for searching IPs, stats, mass-prune, etc
• Better navigation across pages
• Better error descriptions
• Adjust action icons some
• Page to link two ratings manually
• AdminCP Option to choose how ratings are ordered (asc or desc by time)
• AJAX editing

How do you leave a review?

I haven't actually done a review, but here's what I know:

1)Go to a post made by the member you want to review.
2)Below his/her avatar is a line "iTrader (0)". Click on the "(0)" or whatever the number is.
3)A window will open. Bottom left of that window click on "Submit feedback for that member".
4)Then just click the drop down menu's and fill in the blanks.

The only part that may be confusing is you are asked to enter the URL ("Deal Thread") of the post for the selling/buying/trading transaction you are reviewing.
This is done so that a "real" transaction can be tied to the review.
All you need to do is go to that post (transaction you are reviewing) and then copy the URL from your browser window and then paste it into your review form (window). (Best to copy the URL before you begin the review so you don't loose stuff going back and forth between windows.)

I hope this helps...it's really not difficult, just fill in the blanks.

At this point, most members know the other members and know who they are doing business with. As the site grows and more transactions are made, this iTrader information will be valuable to members who don't know each other.

Any member can check any other member's iTrader reviews by clicking on the iTrader (number) below his/her avatar (or, if none is present, in the box where the avatar would be).

The way I coded it the link must me from the For Sale / Wanted forum.
