Thread: Thanks to oc dieselshop !!

Just wanted to say thanks to the guys over at OC DIESELSHOP in Mission Viejo. What a great experience! Everyone there was awesome! I would highly recommend them to anyone. The owner, Bud, has a great thing going on over there!

Bob, the Service Manager, was extremely professional and courteous. He did what he said he was going to do, and never once tried to up-sell me on things I didn't need or want. My quoted estimate was exactly what I paid. I appreciated his honesty and candor.

Matt, the Lead Repair Tech, is just great at what he does. He listened patiently, and gave me his undivided attention, while I gave him a long history of what was going on with my truck. It was easy to see right away that he has a knowledge base and skill set that makes him a true Master Tech. His diagnosis and repairs were spot on! My truck runs perfect now.

The shop had all the parts I needed on hand, and I never had to wait for anyone or anything. They were on the case the minute I walked in the door. I felt like I had 1 on 1 service. They will be working on my truck from now on, exclusively.

Now having been there, it is obvious why OC DIESELSHOP is thriving, while other shops are starving in this bad economy. They are a class act all the way... Thanks again.

Cool post - it's amazing how far a company can go when they:

1) know what they're doing and
2) treat people right

I've never heard a bad thing about Bud, Matt or anyone at OC Diesel. Good to know there are still people like that out there.

Yep there pretty good and quick. I take both of my trucks there and have no complaints.
