511/1000 in the innovative race tune. the dyno jet had the light rollers so the most we could get out of it was 48psi of boost and it makes about 51-52 on the street. but i'm happy with it. thanks diesel innovations, innovative diesel, performance truck products , and empire diesel for the egr delete!!

Nice numbers Mike! Are you still planning on the dyno day at Superior Automotive on the 14th of March?

does the dyno at superior have the 6k rollers? because if not it wont load our trucks all the way.

i dont have the sheet....this dyno was done as part of testing for an article. but the curve is actually no curve at all. flat as a board at 475-480 from 1900 to 2700 then rolls up to peak at around 3k then begins coming down at 3300 ..

WOW. If these can do this and stay together under heavy towing I may be looking for a 6.4 truck in a couple of years. Only time will tell on reliability, but at least Ford definately brought the A game with this truck.

Most likely won't have 6.4s in a couple of years.

Besides the tune and EGR delete, did you do anything else? DPF delete?

the egr delete came back out..its throwing codes... but yes the exhaust is straight 3.5" to the stock muffler and tail pipe

note to self: don't mess with a 6.4 that has gauges or smokes a little :smirk:
