Well I got it all finished and NO leaks.
This was a real pain to do.
Spent 17 hours putting in the entire fuel system.
16 gal. fuel cell with a AN8 outlet and AN6 return
1/2" fuel line from tank to filter and pump
2-3/8" lines from pump to heads
2-1/4" lines from heads to regulator
3/8" line from regulator to tank

Anyone thinking of doing this needs to think about either lifting the cab off or pulling the trans to get the up pipes off to get access to the rear plugs in the heads. I was able to get it done without doing this but it was a real pain and I needed to make a few custom wrenches to get it done.

The entire stock system was removed from the truck , including the top fuel filter , pump and all lines and fittings. Yes the top filter is removable with a sawsall.

I will take some pics and post them tomorrow.

Hey Jason, 16 gallons is still alot of fuel, especially with the mileage that thing gets. I know I would have to probably stop before he would in my truck, and I have a 29 gallon.

Well which is it 16 gals...Or 6 gals? !=1???

I assumed it was a 6 gal tank due to the fact that weight is an issue when trying to build a drag truck.....

Mabey I read it wrong.....My bad....... http://www.socaps.comimages/graemlins/shocked.gif

It is 16 gal ,sometimes I don't type so good.

It can get 30 mpg if you can drive it easy http://www.socaps.comimages/graemlins/rofll.gif http://www.socaps.comimages/graemlins/rofll.gif http://www.socaps.comimages/graemlins/rofll.gif http://www.socaps.comimages/graemlins/rofll.gif

But even if you drive the [censored] out of it you can see 20 mpg
