2003 F350 7.3 4x4: I need to do a pad replacement on the fronts and was wondering what everyone is using. Are the factory pads Ceramic? I got that impression based on the dealer price of 124.00 for the part. Also anyone know a web sight to buy original Ford Parts. I could not find any that sold the brakes.

Thanks Deko3pds for the web sight. Pricing was real good for the originals from them about $96.00 vs. the 124.00 from the dealer. Ended up actually getting from Ford on Friday because I wanted to get the pads changed this weekend. I did'nt want to risk another week on them, although I would probably be pretty safe. Cunter guy gave them to me for a few bucks off. Was going to go out to see Willian in Fontana but the drive, time, gas etc, Friday afternoon. When I calced it out it would have cost me more. One thing nice about the OEM pads they come with all new clips and tension springs, something you don't normally get with after market stuff. Anyways thanks for the web sight. Iam going to order the rears from them.
