I saw the red f250 reg cab that had a shortbed put on it, the project truck. does this take alot of work to turn a long bed into a shortbed? I am very interested in doing this

Measure, cut, fit, reinforce.

It's really easy.
Weweld can tell you all about it.

actually, there's a lot of little things to consider.
All the lines (fuel, brake, etc.) have to be shortened.
The exhaust, parking brake cable, driveshaft etc.

I think Gene (Weweld) has done 3 or 4 now.

Have you ever done any frame cutting and welding on truck frames before this is NOT a beginners project ? You can really mess up a truck if not done correct.

yea kinda sorta. ive done custom lift kits before. if i have you do it how much would it cost?
