A good friend has just given me a set of Rancho RS9000 shocks for my 2003 F250 4X4 SD 7.3. Since it just turned 5,000 miles, I thought it would be a good time to rotate the tires. Questions:

- what is the torque value for the lugnuts?
- what are the torque values for the shock bolts/nuts?

Also, what's a good source for repair/maintenance info? I have Bentleys and Haynes for my other vehicles, but nothing for the truck yet.
