Wow, your making great numbers. What are you doing right that a lot of people can't do towing or just driving it are failing?
2000 F250 5.4 249k miles. K&N filter.
2001 F250 7.3 83k miles. Finally tuned DP Tuner, no start, 60 tow, 80 econ, 120 race, 140 agressive, airaid intake and magnaflow 4" turbo back.

im not seeing much for failures anywhere..maybe bobby could bring up warranty stats..i'd love to see the 6.4 vs 6.0 in the first 2 years of production. cant say what im doing right..maybe just choosing the right products and guys to help do the install work.Originally Posted by orng1

The 6.4L PSD has proven itself very well. Keep in mind that Ford tested 6 engines in excess of 10 million miles PRIOR to release. I can not say that we haven't seen our share of failures/warranty claims, but the percentage is not even remotely close to the 6.0L PSD's.

6.0 was a good motor when they ran right loved mine. But these bad boys are shaping up to be a lot better.
