I`m back, with a new problem. I`m using coolant, but not leaking it, it must be burning it yet I`m not smoking.
Has anyone ever tried the Bars Leak 1111 for a small head gasket leak like I think I have now.

I personally dont think a leak stopper will fix a head gasket leak. Are you spitting coolant out of the degaus bottle? You could have an egr cooler leak or a plugged oil cooler. I know you replaced the EGR valve, but the above mentioned items can cause coolant loss.

Are you puking coolant out of the degas bottle? You may just have some air bubbles from your last repair that are working their way out of the cooling system.
You could go by a NAPA store and pick up a test kit to check your coolant for combustion gasses.

I'd top it of and mark it, see how quick you go through coolant. If you top it off and it settles then it was just air.
2000 F250 5.4 249k miles. K&N filter.
2001 F250 7.3 83k miles. Finally tuned DP Tuner, no start, 60 tow, 80 econ, 120 race, 140 agressive, airaid intake and magnaflow 4" turbo back.
